Our staff and doctor are very knowledgeable about the entire Medical Marijuana Card Certification registry process. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have and they will take care of your concerns.
1. After greeting you, our receptionist will look over your forms and medical documents for accuracy and suitability.
2. You will be taken to the Processing Center office. Here we will photocopy your driver’s license and Registry Application. We will put together your Medical File. Finally, you will receive a stamped, addressed envelope to place your check or money order.
3. You will then be introduced to the Doctor. They will evaluate your qualifying condition and complete the Physician Certification form. This will be photocopied and the required documents will be placed into the envelope which is now ready for mailing. We will present you with a folder containing your Temporary Card.
Our knowledgeable staff and doctor will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You will “be legal” 21 days after the state receives your application.
